Hi all,

Is it possible to insert blank row at specified location in dbgrid

Is it possible to delete selected row in dbgrid

Is it possible to retrive the data(from fields) at selected location in dbgrid


i will b very thankful if anyone help me......... :)

Use DataSet.

Yes, both of these are not only possible but easily done using the grid's DataSet. Look at the help file under TDataSet, then post back here when you get stuck.

To my knowledge, no. Since the datagrid is linked to a database, rows must be inserted into the DB to show up on the grid. Since most DB have some sort of limit on blank rows, I don't think this is possible.
