Where did you get that link from? My understanding is that it was not supposed to be publicized yet. Did one of the CodeGear employees blog about it? I don't see any links to it on the main codegear.com website yet.

I asked CodeGear about it and Dee Elling blogged about it last week as well. I did not know that it was public yet.
