Old web sites

Post by 2ffat »

It's probably not cost effective but I was wondering if it would be possible to include some old BCB websites that aren't around anymore on this site. The one I'm particularly thinking of is Harold Howe's BCBDEV.COM. I still get hear from people looking for that site.

Another one would be Bytamin-C but I suspect that one is long gone. :-(

I think this is a good idea. Everything that makes our products easier to use (especially for beginners) is beneficial to all of us in the long run. Try to locate the authors and get their ok. Also, there may be people who have saved copies of old web sites and provided the copyright stuff is handled ok and the quality of the web is good why not try to publish them? If this is a question of money the service can always be charged for in some way. Subscription (separate or included in BCB Dev Journal subscription or similar).
